You'll need to pull the bottle out to see where the leak is occuring. Look for
* split hoses from the pump(s). This is the more likely cause of the leak.
* pump O-rings. Remove and clean, and reassemble.
If the bottle itself has a crack or split, I've had success using a large 40W soldering iron with a flat tip to to CAREFULLY heat the plastic (often something like nylon) and effectively weld the split back together.

You need to check the clamp and the hose at the bottom of the reservoir and then replace either reservoir or hose. To replace the reservoir unplug the hose and drain water. Unscrew the reservoir. Replace. About the reservoir, there are two versions depending if you have or not head light washers installed in the car. Below the parts:
