I have a 2002 Hyundia Sonata V6 LX and i want 2 know if i have shocks or struts on this car. Im getting so many different answers. Some say its 2 and 2, Two shocks in front and 2 struts in the rear. I need some real answers, please help.

Your car have struts. The difference is shock is single unit and strut is nomination of shock and spring in one. To replace the strut you need special tool to compress the spring and reliese pressure from the strut.
A strut is a device that integrates shock and spring into one unit - there is no separate spring. Like certain shocks, some struts are load leveling which incorporates bladders into the shock part that are inflated by an air compressor.
