I have a 2000 Dodge Neon and it died while I was driving. I found some faulty wiring at the battery so I fixed that problem and it still wouldn't start so I replace the starter. Now the problem that I am having is that you can hear the starter click but it doesn't seem to be working, I have already switched it out for a new one thinking I may have gotten a bad starter however I am still having the same problem. What do I do?
check your starter relay, bypass the relay to the starter and if your starter works by hot wiring it, then its your relaycheck your starter relay, bypass the relay to the starter and if your starter works by hot wiring it, then its your relay

Nikki is the engine light on, are there any codes, have you had a tune up or any other work done lately.when you say it won't start when warm(do you mean engine will not turn over, or does engine turn and refuses to fire.
If I had to guess failing fuel pump, they tend not to build fuel pressure when ran a while(warmed up) and when left to cool build somewhat better pressure.

I had a similar issue with my 99. Wouldn't shift out of first, speedometer wouldn't work, etc. Turned out to be the interface module between the engine and ******. We have had this happen to two Stratuses. In both cases, it turned out to the output sensor on the transmission. The first time it cost me $125 to find that out and have it changed at Kennedy Transmission. The second time, I did it myself. The part costs $18 at NAPA and it is super easy to access and change. Just jack up the driver's side and look up at the ******. The sensor is straight up on the side.
