Do you observe abnormal idle speed? It may be just an indicator fault; not a really engine firing problem.

Make sure you're using the recommended spark plugs. When my car did that, I had put Bosch Platinum Plus-4 plugs in and got that same problem. Turns out the plugs are too hot and cause it to fire prematurely and kick the misfire code.

You may have damaged one of the sensors or tore the wire off. You will have to take it to someone with a, "high quality scanner" and have them get the code out of the computer on your car. Most $100 scanners won't pull the ABS codes out.

SOURCE: i have a 2008 pontiac g5 abs light is on after

If you are still stuck in the driveway, that's why the ABS light is still on. Get a snow shovel and dig the car out. Once you get the car on the road and all the wheels are turning the same speed the ABS light will most likely go off. It doesn't hurt anything to drive the car with the ABS light on. What that light is telling you is, the "Antilock Brake System" (ABS) is not working. The brakes will still work but, the antilock portion will not, so when you hit a icy patch, the wheels can lock during braking. The ABS senses the speed of all the wheels and if you have been spinning the wheel in the snow, it throws the system out of sychronization. Once you get out of the snow and you start to drive the light will go off, if the system is in working order. The light should go off in a block or two, if not stop the car shut the engine off and restart it. Try it again and see if the goes off, if not there's a problem with the system, get it to a shop.

Idles rough in reverse

either your EGR valve, but then you would also receive a traction control/stabilitrack light, or you could be due for spark plug and ignition wire/spark plug wire replacement(tune up)
I have a 2008 torrent that was doing the same thing but I also had my EGR Valve causing the stabilitrack/traction control light to come on. I thoroughly cleaned my EGR tube, ports in engine and EGR Valve as well as the air intake(all with carb cleaner) then reassembled and changed my spark plugs and ignition/spark plug wires. with NGK parts. solved my problem so I hope this will help you as well

I changed spark plugs and wires and now the Service Engine Soon light comes on?

The check engine/service engine soon light comes only when the computer control unit (called the PCM) senses a fault in the electronic controls of the engine and/or the emission system, there are about 200 possible faults that turn the light on, to know what has developed a problem you must have the system tested, this is called an OBD2 fault code test, Kragen and Autozone parts stores do this testing for free.

I havce a 2000 pontiac sunfire and the trac off light came on and the check engine light is flashing. I changed spark plugs, cables, and an injector that was bad but the lights are still on. the car runs...

i can't remember what year sunfire's were effected but there was a update to reflash the PCM for a O2 sensor code
if the check engine light comes on it disables the traction control
i know before GM dealers were the only ones with the program to update the PCM
hope this helps

Abs light, trac light, service engine soon light 2001 Pontiac Grand Am

Sounds like you have a bad wheel speed sensor. You need to have it scanned. Since it's been sitting, it might just be a bad connection to one of the speed sensors.
