All you need to do is get a flashlight .Now look at the fog light button and the defrost button the one in the middle ,use a flat head screwdriver and i just pry it out,Now get your flashlight shine it in where you took the plastic button and u will see serial number and model number,,,I used my iphone to take a pic ,got at all,,,You could probably call dealer tell them u have The seral number and they will most likely give it to you

STEP 1 MOVE BOTH FRONT SEATS ALL THE WAY UP TO ALLOW U TO HAVE SPACE STEP 2 LOOK UNDER THE SEATS AT THE BASE AND U WILL SEE 2 BUTTON STYLE CLIPPS 1 ON EACH SIDE OF THE SEAT, PLACE YOUR FINGERS ON THE SIDE OF THE BUTTON AND PULL IT TOWARDS YOU,AND AT THE SAME TIME LIFT THE SEAT.. REPEAT THAT STEP FOR BOTH SIDES AND THE SEAT FLIPS RIGHT OUT

You cann't remove only radio you have to remove whole panel which contains radio.
There are two possible scenarios for you car radio panel
1. Your car can have Navigator, Climate Controller and Radio.
2. Your car can have Climate Controller and Radio.
You have to open whole panel.
This Panel contains some of SRS components, so have to be very careful while removing it!
