Have a 2001 camry & the clock & lighter went out. Sounds like a fuse but I don't know where the fuse block is or what the fuse number is or if the problem is even related. Help! Thanks, Glenn

Here's a couple of lifts from the toyota forum:-

1) I think the coin box is the one to the left of the steering wheel. Squeeze the sides after opening it if I remember correctly. Should be others under the hood.

2) It was behind the coin box. I found the fuse for the radio, clock and replaced it and all is well.

Where is the fuse box for 1996 toyota camry? There are several fuse boxes. one is on the lower left side of the stearing wheel (by where you pop the hood) and the other two are under the hood, on the drivers side by the battery.

Most cars have a fuse diagram on the inside of the fuse box cover.

I need to know where the fuse is located for my 99 chevy Tahoe cigarette lighter/obd port don't have manual

The fuse for the cigarette lighter is fuse #13...20 AMP ,

There is a fuse block under the hood...look for #13 there.

There might be another fuse block under dash bi drivers left foot.

My cigarette lighter is npt working in my 2002 chevy malibu and i don't now what number fuse it is. i have looked on both sides of the car and can't make sense. i no longer have the owners manual...

Cigarette lighters usually are allowed power thru a 30 Amp fuse.
I'd check each side of the 30A fuses in the fuse block under dash with a circuit tester.

Hope this helps...

My chargers(/lighters?) don't have power (their are 2). I'm hoping it's simply a blown fuse, BUT I have no idea which fuse or where it would be located at. 2007 Camry Hybrid

there is a 20 amp power outlet fuse that is located on the drivers side on the left side of the dash....and there is usually a small panel or a coin box that will pop out so you can access the fuse block where the 20 amp fuse is and sometimes you have to take the lower part of the dash panel off to get to the fuse block...i hope that this was the info that you needed and if i can help you any further let me know....let me and fixya know if i was any help to you at all......a thumbs up and a thumbs up would be appreciated........thanks and good luck and have a blessed day.........

1999 corolla cigarette lighter does not work. Looked in the owners manual and the same fuse controls the clock. Since the clock works it can not be the fuse.

I don't have the owner's manual, but I do have the wiring diagrams for your vehicle. According to the wiring diagrams, the information that you have is not correct. The cigarette lighter circuit is protected by the "CIG" fuse in the Instrument Panel Junction Box behind the left side of the dash at the lower finish panel. It is a 15 Amp fuse. The clock circuit is protected by the "DOME" fuse in the Engine Room Junction Block on the left side of the engine compartment.

Where is the truck lighter fuse located in a 1998 Durango

I don't know where the fuse for the "truck lighter" is, but the fuse for the "Cigar Lighter" is located in the Junction Block. It is fuse #15. It is a 15 Amp (Blue) fuse. The junction block is located in the left end of the dash.

I try to find cigarette filter to replace the filter because my cigarette lighter doesn't work ( Toyota Camary LE 2000). I couldn't find it Thank you Somsak

Do you mean that you are looking for the fuse? The fuse for the cigarette lighter is located in the fuse block under the left side of the dash. it is marked "CIG". It is a 15 Amp fuse

NOTE: This fuse also powers your clock, air bag sensor assembly, remote control mirror switch and your shift lock. If this fuse is blown, you will also have problems with these items.

Your vehicle is also equipped with an auxilliary power outlet (Which looks the same as the cigarette lighter socket) it is powered by the fuse marked "*1" If this fuse is blown, only the power outlet will not work. This also is a 15 Amp fuse. (See picture below)

I am looking for the location of the power outlet and cigarette lighter fuses and their amp rating in a 2001 camry. Is there some diagram that shows all the fuse locations along with their amp rating.

Take the coin box out. There is diagram for the fuse of CIG lighter. 15 AMP small fuse. you might have replacement fuse under the hood(engine compartment, main fuse box where you will also find fuse removal tool)
