Hi I have a 2003 Dodge neon and today I drove it came home now it won't start I turn the key and its like it don't turn all the way I have lights radio and now when I turn it off the radio is still on lile my ignition is off amy idea I checked the starter and jumped the battery

Yes the ignition tumbler is the same as the lock cylinder. However, the ignition switch is different. The ignition switch basically controls all of the electrical current that runs though out your car. They both work together but are still different.
