Radio code hi..i need to find the code for my 2005 acura tl stereo .my battery died and when i turned it on it says code i pushed the 1 and 6 at the same time and it gave me this #s u 1112 and L 5745 can u please help me my email adress is [email protected]

You might try disconnecting the battery and then pushing the on button on the radio. Hopefully you have a copy of the radio code nuber in case that is necessary. Then reconnect the car battery and set up your bluetooth link again.

on the TL - 5 digit code for the radio; 4 for navi; numbers are typically on a sticker on the side of the glovebox (nearest radio) or rear truck arm (great security acura?). Need to unplug the antenna and then put in the code, reconnect the antenna and your back in business. search the net to learn how to access the back of the radio. typically needed after power is lost to the vehicle, new battery installed, etc.

This is the security code for theft radio system; add it; the radio code generaly is in back side of the radio, or in the owners manual (last page). If you dont have anyone, need to call the Acura dealer with the VIN car number (sometimes need to pay for this service).

Do this: If you have jumped or replaced the battery at anytime this will happen. You have to get the serial number off the radio by removing it or partially taking it out to see the numbers on it try not to remove any cords. With the stereo out (to make sure you get the right number off of it) call an Acura dealership with the number and they will give you the another number to enter into the stereo and directions on how to punch the numbers in. Make sure while you have the stereo out you write the serial number down and keep it in a safe place also the number that the Acura dealership gives you because if you sell the car or if it happens again its easily accessible. Turn your key to accessory until you see code on the unit. You simply push the radio station selection buttons, there should be 6 buttons. After you push the last button it should automatically come back on.

look on the fusebox, glove compartment for a number

call the dealer with the radio serial # and they can give you the code.

Your navigation code and radio codes writed on stikers on glovebox. Just open your glovebox and look on left side of gloivebox, not inside but outside. Open glovebox and look on left side. On my 2005 Acura RL NAV and Radio codes is different but it both on glove box. Sometime you even need to remove your glovebox cover to see those codes.
