sometimes runs for 5 mins then stalls, mostly wont start at all. have replaced most of the ignition system, from coil all the way through to plugs, and most sensors, air intake, crank sensor etc.
Have you checked the fuel pressure? If the car runs as you put fuel in the throttle then I would suspect the fuel pump is bad. Sounds like you covered everything else.

Start with the simple and replace the fuel filter, a dirty fuel filter will also cause what you have described and a ICM (ignition control module) going bad will also do the same.
You can remove your ICM and have it tested free of charge at Auto Zone or Parts Source when you go and pick up the fuel filter. A bad ICM will cause your engine to stall out and eventually fail totally and your going to have a no engine run situation.
sounds like coil problem, coils will start cold then get hot and stop. when coil cools will crank up and run till it gets hot, try to replace the ignition coil,dont think it would be a crank sensor, try a coil,thanks robert b.
The average life of a battery is 3 good years, regardless how BIG, or how it cost. Anything after that is a blessing. Personally, I would replace the battery ASAP, and then with a FULLY CHARGED battery. Then drive, and see if the problem still remains. Hope this helps
First and foremost I would demand the dealer to access the situation since I assume you paid them to fix the problem. This sounds like an electronic issue between the transmission and the idle switch. When you brake with an auto transmission it downshifts thus adjusting the rpms to compensate. If this is malfunctioning it could very well stall it..
