1. Check the negative terminal where it is grounded on the chassi (frame) or block. Clean and secure connection. Also, look for an additional ground that my be connected from the hood to the rear fire wall. These are usually found on the passenger side; if none are found, get some wire and run it from the hood to the rear fire wall, or side fire wall on either side of the engine compartment.
2. If the car can be jump started: the alternator tests good, the battery tests good - start looking for blown fuses - replace any that are bad. Also, replace the starter relay as it may be shorting out and be bad. This can be found under the hood in the fuse/relay box usually placed near the battery (just behind battery).
3. I also suggest having a technician perform a diagnostics test done before any other parts are replaced (except ground from hood to firewall). This will help diagnose a more accurate issue as why this is happening, and will save you time and money from replacing random parts. Have them test the ECM {electic control module) or "brain/computer".
