i have check coil packs by moving them around to cylinder to cylinder.
the is a real bad smell coming from the car (exhaust) smelling like unburnt fuel. i was think about the lamba sensor?
please help
The way to check your coils is to start the car and unplug them one by one and see if the note changes, if you unplug one and the note dosnt change then thats the one thats fried.By swapping them around itl still be down a cylinder and will be hard to tell. But yes i bet it will be a coil as i have a nissan also and they do fail and makes it sound like a subaru and smell off petrol.I hope this helps. P.S i love those S13 200sx, great shape.

remove neg battery terminal, next raise car and support, remove wiring to starter then remove mounting bolts to starter . depending on the type of starter the trany may need to be lower a bit to get enough room to remove the starter, try to slide starter out first before lowering trany. hope this helps, reverse to install starter.
Check fuses, Get a tester and see if you actually get power to the lights. If you do get power and the lights don't work anyway then it is likely the light switch located on the steering column( has blinker, and light switch together). common Nissan problem.
ya you can find ac kit in one of the wrecking yard.weather stripping check accessories shop.and parts from nissan sentra ,it depends what u depends what you useing.i think its very hard.some of ENGINE parts you can use i think.
the timing marks for the cam go straight up the one on the crank goes to the 1 oclcok postion or put the pully on just slip it on and get it to point to 0 on the timing marker on the lower end next make sure the rotor is pointing to #1 and your set.
take the coils off and go to the parts store and have them tested make sure you number them so that you don't mix the bad on with the good but i'm sure you have a bad coil.
