You need to have the starter removed and have the starter contacts replaced. They are burnt. This is a common problem.

On a 2004 chevy tahoe if the horns work intermittently and you do hear clicking of the relay switch in the engine comparent fuse box generally it is the horns themselves?

One way to find out for sure would be to pull the relay and jump 30 to 87 where the relay plugs into . Good horn operation ,relay is bad , Just because you hear clicking doesn't mean the relay is good . VEHICLE RELAYS Operation Diagnosis watch this on relay testing .

Where is the turn signal relay on a 1998 toyota camry

It will either be inder the dash or under the hood. Best way to find it is, with the car engine off, turn the key to the on position (don't start the car) and then switch on the indicator. If you listen carefully you will hear the relay clicking. Follow the sound and you will find the relay. If you can put your hand on it you will feel it clicking. Bazinga.

It suddenly started putting down the road very bad and the air filter looks clean...when I push the gas the acceleration would stall...so I changed the spark plugs and it drove better...sometimes at take...

Sounds like multiple things going on. The 1st is maybe something sticking with the throttle and why intermittent. Clean carb/throttle body. Make sure you installed everything correctly, sometimes the problem can be compounded with fixing attempts. If it was clicking and not cranking and now not clicking possibly the neutral safety switch is bad but it should still click which is the starter relay. Maybe wore it out trying to start it. It's not uncommon for other things to fail as a result of a failure. If it kept clicking I'd say definitely the NSS. Check your battery connection and get a terminal brush cleaning tool. I assume you mean by battery charge seems to go up and down you are using a multimeter. If it has a dead cell you would have this problem but maybe the connection to it is bad.

99 durango no power

That clicking sound is most likely a relay. You can test the relay with a multimeter or ohm meter to see if it is defective. Hope this helped.

1998 explorer intermintant start. New starter. alternator is 6 months old (suppose to be liftime, I wonder if the problem IS the ALT.) When it decides to start. The alt. only chargers at 13.6 volts. But...

intermittant start sounds like starter relay, 13.6-14.4 is still charging anything above 12.0 is charging, so that does not sound bad to me. I have a 99 F150 and have found all my problems were sticky relays

If you can hear a relay clicking, then your starter relay should be OK. Try tapping the starter solenoid (on the starter) with a hammer while someone cranks the ignition over. Sometimes it'll get jammed or stuck and won't start the car. Try that out - if it works, then you may need to overhaul or replace your starter.
