I have the same model, and had the same problem 2 years ago- random overheats. Problem turned out to be the thermostat installed upside down. The thermostat should be fitted so the operating part with the spring goes up into the engine block. A similar problem I have now is overheats and coolant loss out the expansion tank overflow, specially during wide open throttle driving. Also bubbles in the radiator. Seriously suspect head gasket failure.

I take my IR heat gun and check all rad tubes
top and bottom
and find, 3 are not 50 degree,drop end to end read same
those 3 are clogged, now you have 2 reasons to replace that bad rad.

it must overheat idling, if it does moving.

That sounds like your thermostat that is suppose to switch (it is a build in switch in the thermostat, on old cars and in new cars it communicate with your module i.a.w it is like a computer that controle everything) the fan of when it reached the preferred temperature, you can replace the thermostat or you can put in a manual switch (not recomended) because if you forget to switch it on your motor will overheat and seize
I would suggest you have the radiator and cooling system pressure tested . .another option would be to get a new radiator cap and try that. If you want to do a quick test for the radiator cap .. try loosening it to the first notch and see if your overheating problem subsides ..
