For some reason the brake warning light and battery light are connected, so either system could be having problems. The battery warning light could mean the battery is not being charged, and the brake warning light could mean you are low on brake fluid. I would start with the check engine light and see what the codes are.
Hi:
Stop in at your local auto parts store, and have the light code scanned for free. It might have been tripped by a loose gas cap or something simple, but they can tell you what turned the light on.
Thats good that you are getting a second opinion. A Toyota dealer will be able to check it and see what the noise may be. See what they come up with. I dont think a worn timing chain or guides would cause a low oil pressure problem. But, if it does indeed have low oil pressure, that is a serious problem.
An orange check engine light means there is an electronic failure in the engine control system. It could be anything from a loose fuel cap, to a bad sensor on the engine. It is not an emergency, but you should get it checked out. A red engine light is an emergency and requires you to immediately stop the car. Yellow is a warning.
