SOURCE: my sister has a mitsubishi expo 1993 and the time

you may have damaged your valves when the belt broke.
You will need to find ou the timing marks for the cam gear or gears as well as the timing mark for the crankshaft because if they are not lined up properly it will not start and if it does you could do damage to your valves if they arent already damaged

I presume you mean the clutch interlock switch on the pedal assembly. There is no neutral safety switch for a manual transmission. The interlock switch requires the clutch to be pressed when starting.

The switch has two 12mm (or 14mm?) nuts to adjust the position of the switch. There's a wiring harness connector so the switch and short cable can be removed.

How to change the spotlight on a 1994 subaru station wagon?

You have to pop the entire cover off of the head liner, depending on the model, some times there are screws and others you have to pry on and others still you push a certain direction then pry downward. Then the spot lamp bulbs are exposed and easy to remove and reinstall. Good luck, I hope this info helps.
