The low-beam headlights don't work. The fuses are fine as I replaced them with those of the high-beams and the high-beams worked. Other than both bulbs burning out at the same time what else could be the problem?

Possibly the bulbs. Take a look at them; they have 2 coils per bulb, one for the low beam and one for the high beam. So it is possible that the more used low beam burns out before the lesser used high beam.

One low beam head lights will not work, high beam works though

check for a damaged wire for the low beam. Also wouldn't hurt to check the ground wire as the high beam will try and ground through the low beam but not visa verse

Replaced battery in crv and now headlights don't work

Check the low beam fuse in the fuse box, usually a 20A. If the fuse is blown/shorted during the replacement of the battery, your lights won't work. Replace the fuse if that's your case. Hope this helps.

Where is the headlight relay in the 1998 jimmy? Low beams won't come onat night everything else does. high beams work

There is a headlight relay in the engine compartment fuse box, but its after the headlight switch and before the dimmer switch, so it powers both high and low beam circuits.
I would check the dimmer switch.

2003 GMC Envoy low beam head lights will not come on. The bulbs are not blown, fuse's ok, no power coming to the head light connector. minimal power to the fuse compartment with fuse removed. 9 to 10...

The problem is a Headlight module. Fuse box under the hood has two black modules side by side, the one on your right is the headlight module the one on the left is the fan module. Try swapping them, if the headlights work replace bad module, don't drive vehicle with the bad module in the fan slot. Mine kept going bad because I had a high intensity bulb on one side.

Click headlights to low beam and no lights work on high beam

I'm not sure exactly what your problem is. When you "click" your lights to low beam, your high beams should not work. But if your low beams work when you "click" them on, but your high beams don't work when you "click" them on, you either have a blown fuse, bad relay or high beam elements burned out on both lamps. (Not so unusual) Possibly a bad "dimmer" stalk switch or bad wiring, too, but a little less likely.

My headlights don't work, but the brights do. What caused this and how can I fix it?

Every headlamp has a bulb inside that has two filaments one for high beam and the other one for low beam, if any of those filament is cut then that beam (High or low) won't work. If your high beam work then your fuse it's ok, so you can visually inspect your headlights bulbs for broken filaments. remove bulb socket and remove the bulb carefully to inspect the filaments. if the filaments are atacched from one terminal to the other then the bulb it's ok, if not replace the bulb.

1993 corsica--low beams work fine, no high beams.

Check the fuses under the hood...chances are it's one of them....there's not much left to check after that....check the fuses inside the car as well...it might be the high beam switch is bad that switches the low beams to high beams inside the car.
