On certain Ford models, one of the underhood wires rubs against an air conditioner tube and chafes through the insulation causing this fault. You can separate the wire and wrap it with electrical tape and use a cable tie to prevent rubbing. Here's a YouTube video which shows an easy way to fix it.
P0320 means that an ignition pulse that's supposed to fire a spark plug was missed. It could be as simple as a chafed wire under the hood. Watch this video:

If you engine is missing then the following codes are this - P0320
Which is indicating there is a fault with the ignition system causing the miss.
But as for the P220 code this is not actually list in this manufactures codes.
