My passenger side window just got stuck in the down position and wont go up, the lights are still visible on the switches

Replace the master switch assembly.

Need to get a wiring diagram. Buy a book and follow the wiring schematic. It should help you out majorly. Can't really work on electrical issues without one.

Before you replace anything, inspect the connector pins in both the driver's door switch and the passenger door switch. If you don't find any problem with these connector pins, replace the driver's door control switch.

Not a fuse,Most likely a grounding issue with the switch or maybe switch needs replaced. This is a common problem with power windows and 9 times out of 10 it is in the one on the drivers side even though its the passenger window giving the problem...driver side controls all power supply....may be loose connection. Probably a bad switch. Try removing the panel and with a 12 - 18 volt drill battery by your side, disconnect or cut the heavy gauge wires going to your motor. Use the drill battery to attempt to raise your window. reverse the connections if the window doesn't do anything. If it raises, reconnect your wires and tape them up and replace your switch

ground problem mine has this problem also has no ground in up position will go down fine . I have jump ground in up position.

START THE VEHICLE, FOR MORE VOLTAGE, HOLD THE WINDOW SWITCH IN UP POSITION, SHUT THE DOOR WITH A LITTLE FORCE, NOT ENOUGH TO BREAK THE WINDOW. SOMETIMES WINDOW MOTORS GET STUCK. IF THE OTHER DOOR PANELS HAVE THE SAME WINDOW SWITCH YOU CAN SWAP THE SWITCHES TO SEE IF THE SWITCH IS THE PROBLEM THE WINDOW MAY GO UP . IF NOT THE DOOR PANEL WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED FOR MORE TESTING .

Volcompunker is on track.... if it is a stuck motor problem, before taking door apart, try this...it may work, works well on dodge caravans...

NO COST and fast PROCEDURE TO FIX IT:

1. Sit in vehicle, on seat next to problematic window
2. Ignition key is on
3. Door in question is opened (in case you closed it)
4. While door is open, press and hold power window button in desired window travel, keep button pressed !!
5. SLAM hard the door closed with one hand while other hand holds button as per #4.
6. Watch window operate as it should.

7. Repeat 3-6 if necessary, but usually the first try works!

sometimes u can bang on lower door panel while pushing on window up button it may work

Try switching the power window switch from the passenger side to the drivers side. Before you do that try with the switch on the up position, wiggle it from side to side. The contacts may be worn and by wiggling it may make contact. Other then that try to park it in side or garbage bag taped to keep rain out till you get it to the shop.
Hint, take it to a Auto window repair shop to replace the switch if it's bad or if the motor is bad. They have more experience to removing the door panels and removing the power window regulator (motor) if that needs to be replaced.
