If you go to micronair.com and try to find the instructions for changing a lincoln ls cabin filter you will be disappointed because the lincoln is not one of the cars found on this list. A general search of lincoln ls & cabin filter will yeild many results with the pertinent information.
Once on www.micronAir.com, click on the US section at the top of the page.
There you will find Lincolns. I did.

A/c on 2000 lincoln town car not blowing hard enough
Have you ever replaced the cabin air filter (AKA pollen filter) I would suggest you do that and see if it cures the low air flow problem. If the problem persists then you may have an obstruction at the cabin air intake area like a plastic bag.

I would like to know the location of the cabin air filter on my 1998 Lincoln Town Car (Cartier) if there is one. The airflow for my heater seems to have dropped off to the point there is almost no airflow...
THAT YEAR IS NOT EQUIPT WITH A CABIN FILTER. AS FAR AS THE LACK OF VOLUME OF AIR THROUGH THE VENTS THERE ARE TWO THINGS THAT YOU CAN CHECK. IF IT IS THE FRESH AIR DUCT CHECK TO SEE IF THE INLET IS FULL OF DEBRIS SUCH AS DIRT AND LEAFS! NOW ON THE RECIRCULATING SIDE I WOULD CLEAN THE EVAPORATOR FINS. GIVEN THE AGE OF THE CAR IM SURE ITS CLOGGED WITH 12 YEARS OF CRUD. GOOD LUCK!

Why is the blower not blow strong air out i put new moter in but it still does not blow good
do all of the fan speeds work? if not you need to replace the blower motor resister. If all of the fan speeds work then you need to clean or replace your in cabin air filter. When this filter gets clogged you get very little air flow from your vents. Instructions for your cabin air filter service are in your owner's manual

How do you replace the CABIN AIR FILTER in a 2003 Lincoln Navigator?
You will have to remove glovebox and possibly dash panel to access the cabin filter compartment. Once you get the screws out and open the door, you then can pull out and exchange the filter
