Hi.
First make sure that balancing and alignment have been done properly (for th rear tires as well). That is the most common reason for the problem. If that is not the problem it is usually either a defective CV joint failing at about 40mph, or a problem with the propeller shaft that links transfer case to differential. This last case is common with CR-V. Here a clip showing the problem:
