You need to remove the front wing on the side that the bulb has blown,and the centre panel, then there are 3 torx bolts holding the light assy in.then its just the bulb unit clips out.

I would check the auxiliary power fuse rating.

It doesn't appear to have its own fuse. I would think it would be in either circuit 5 or 42 which means it shares its power supply with other systems. The pump is rather easy to test and make sure it is the problem or if it is indeed a power supply issue. Unplug the connector from the pump and install a 12v test light to the power side of the motor connector. If you activate the washer switch and the light lights up, then you know the circuit is fine and you have a bad motor.

Unlikely to have a fuse covering it and the diagrams say there isn't one. It has a very low current use. Check the pump itself for voltage using a test meter.
