If it's overheating then the water pump and / or the fan are not turning. Should be quite straightforward to replace, especially if you have the broken one to match for the new one.
does it have a mechanical fan on water pump? do you work construction or dirty places. it could have a huge build up of dirt between rad and condensor. take off grill and use power washer to spra fins on condenser.
