1996 Plymouth Acclaim. How do I disassemble the inner CV joint shaft?

The inner joint is held to the shaft using a c clip. Put the shaft in a vise and using a hammer, strike the back of the inner joint with enough force to release the clip and the joint will seperate from the shaft. Replacing the entire axle assembly if funds are available is more economical due to age and possible wear of the joint. It will come with a warranty on the cv joints and boots

I have changed both the alternater and starter

This procedure usually works: ·Check the battery cable connections: Make sure the negative cable makes a good ground connection at the battery and (preferably) at the engine. Make sure the positive cable, makes a good connection at the battery and at the starter. ·Check the battery the simple way, like this: Turn on the headlights, then try to start the car.If the headlights do not dim or go out, then the battery is likely ok. ·Check the starter and solenoid: If the wiring looks ok, then look at the starter solenoid for a good connection, and proper voltage at the starter(10 volts minimum while cranking). If the starter spins and no crank, the problem is most likely the Solenoid's pinion gear is stuck. Have someone hit (not too hard) the starter while you try to start the car. This usually works by dislodging a stuck pinion gear. ·Make a simple test of the alternator: If you can, somehow get the engine running, measure the voltage at the battery. It should be at least 13.6 volts to properly charge the battery.

Coolant fills overflow then overheats, have

You got it right.
To determine which one is the right one:
1- Take ioff the thermostat, Run the engine without it. If water is coming out at the upper hose then pump is working.
2- Hook the upper hose back to the radiator without thermostat, run the engine and press the upper hose to see if coolant flowing throu it. If it is not then , the radiator gets clogged up.
3- At this point , you know what to do. One advice is that, get the new radiator if it is bad. Don't waste money to have it rebuilt. Good luck.

What is the problem if the odometer of my 1991 Plymouth Acclaim does not work and I have replaced my gauge cluster Assembly multiple times and each time my odometer still does not work.

According to my findings your odometer is electrical and has a distance sensor down by the starter. Check the connections at that point for loose or corroded contacts. If you know how to use a VOM you can check the sensor also. But from the sound of it, being you've replaced the cluster before, if the connections are good at the sensor and its not working I'd check the fuses and then buy a new sensor.

How do do I Fix windsheld wippers.

Check the relays. The check for 12V at the wiper connector. Also check for a good ground between the wiper body and any metal surface. If they check out OK, but unit still wont run. Identify the 12V input to the motor. Connect it directly to the battery positive post. Unit runs problem is with the BCM. Unit does not run unit is bad or internal electronic controls is bad. Chrysler loves to run everything through the BCM (totally unnecessary) but it makes them a pile of money since many small things lights, etc run through the BCM and when they go bad the BCM needs replacing at $600 a crack! Nice scam huh?

Sounds like you are talking about the heater hose that provides hot air from the exhaust manifold. It may still be available from the dealer.
