That involves draining the radiator, removing the fan, shroud, belt, everything that is in the way, then taking out the remaining bolts. If you-re lucky, the broken one will have enough exposed to be able to get a grip on to remove. If not, you'll need to drill it and use an easy-out. Then it's re-assemble with a new gasket
