HID headlight

Most likely the HID transformer is not producing the correct voltage to properly charge the HID bulb. 12 volts goes into the transformer, but a lot more comes out. The HID needs a lot of volts to run, hence the need for the abovementioned transformer. But, the transformers are REALLY expensive.

2004 Toyota Sienna power slide door won't open all the way

The suggested fix above did fix my problem. The problem is that a 2.5" hinged finger that pops up from the floor of the door opening to block the door. Apparently, the finger should, but doesnt go back down after the gas flap is closed. Even after I got hinged finger down (so that the sliding door would open/close all the way), it still would not go back down after the gas flap has been opened. i.e. I have to push the finger back down every time after we fill up with gas. It looks like there is a little wire/spring that should pull the finger back down, but it is off of the finger. I think that replacing this back on the finger should fix the problem permanently.

2004 toyota sienna engine and vsc light

well the check engine light on can mean many different issues its just a symbol telling you that your ecu (engine computer) has found an issue with your vehicle it is not a specific indicator of whats going on unless you get the codes pulled from your computer any autozone will pull the codes for free and some shops will also just call around they will not diagnose prob for free though it could be anything vacume leaks - o2 sensor bad ext....as far as your vsc being on most of the time when your check engine light comes on the vsc will light up also does not mean there is an issue with your vsc system....i work as a mechanic for a toyota dealer and see his all the time and check to make sure your gas cap is tight will set check eng and i see it all the time when custs forget to tighhten gas cap if its loose you can get the codes erased hope this helps!!!!

MY FRONT DRIVER SEAT ON MY TOYOTA SIENNA 2004 HAS BEEN GIVING TROUBLE MOVING BACKWARDS AND FORWARD, NOW STOPPPED MOVING BACK AND FRONT COMPLETELY. MOVES UP AND DOWN. NEED TO MOVE FORWARD TO REACH TO D

Not an easy fix, plastic gears either wear out or get clogged over the years with dirt and lint. Whole motor assembly and track cost around $300 new.

Why does the a/c work fine at an idle and stopped but will stop cooling after 2 miles of driving?

Have the system serviced as it sounds like it is low on freon. You have enough to make the system work at idle but when run at higher rpm the low side pressure may drop and the pressure switch will shut off the compressor.
