well if it doesn't have a drain plug,you can either try to cyphon it or remove the entire gas tank

If it has worked in the past, the actuator may have failed. Check all fuses first. How many miles on truck? Actuator can be replaced fairly easily I believe, but rather pricey. Have you tried engaging while in neutral as well as in park?

I would like to say the transmission has failed internally But I can not prove that, base just on my experience, even as a former trans shop owner Doesn't sound too good though Most people never change the fluid every 2 to 3 years & by the time the trans is 10 years old & not many make that ,they are ruined If it is a standard you need to tell us No more to add -I think it's done & that is why it was sold You can try a trans shop, but I know they will pitch a rebuild, even if not necessary, just to stay in business The other thought would be to remove the valve body & clean it (there should be video on that) I wouldn't let anyone do it or pay for that That issue can happen in cold weather when the aluminum gets smaller until warm I would check for codes-need professional tools for that Clean the valve body New fluid-the correct fluid-no way to know it it ever had the proper fluid in it Add one bottle of red lubgard ,no other product

The hardest part of this job is pressing the bearing off the shaft. Most cheap presses are too short. I had to take that part to a shop to get it pressed off.

Toyota state that 10.4 inches is the ground clearance for an '03 Tundra. I would expect that number is taken from the lowest point of the chassis to the ground. EG gearbox crossmember.

O2 sensor are in the exhaust pipe. this truck should have 2 if its a 4 cylinder and 4 if its a 6 or 8 cylinder.

Should have one in front of and one after the catalytic converter.
