Check engine light - catalytic converter problem

If you haven't replaced the O2 sensor that is causing your check engine light to come on by generating a fault code in the ECM, replace it first. Cleaning the Catalytic Converter is not the thing to do. Replacing the faulty sensor will pay for itself in the long run with the better fuel economy you will get.

Why are tires that have flat spots from sitting over a year not safe to drive on?

The vehicle has probably been stationary for over a year if there are flat spots. But flat spots do not make the vehicle completely unsafe to drive. So long as the tires are not flat you may drive it slowly; keep it under 60 km/h (40 mph) and buy some new tires. Once you hit that speed the vibration will remind you to keep it slow.

Corolla: How do I replace the bulb under the gear shift console?

It's most likely the 12v 1.7w bulb located underneath the "prnd21" To get there: remove the the console piece just surrounding the black shift area piece- there are six tabs to undo, using a thin screwdriver(a piece of tape may help to not scratch the area) carefully pry and lift out that piece. Now, you'll see 4 clips(2 on left, 2 on right) on the black plastic shift piece, carefully unsnap these and lift up this piece. The bulb slides in and out, it DOES NOT twist. I used a needle nose pliers and a piece of one of those "jar openers" you get from real estate people(advertising..) There's not much room to get in there and get a grip on the bulb, but you can do it.

2003 toyota corolla a/c is not working

Can you hear you A/C compressor kick off and on when you press the A/C button slowly off and on (off 3 sec, on 3 sec, repeat)? If your R134a i charge is low, system pressures can drop and the system will stop functioning to protect itself. It may need to be properly charged. The dealer or a service center will want to check the car, then charge it and add dye to diagnose it. This is normal. They usually request that you drive the car, use the A/C and come back in to check and see if the dye leaked out anywhere. You can verify that your car has r134a on the factory sticker under the hood or near the radiator. DuPont has a small can of SUVA or 134a at most parts stores with oil and dye. You could put it in yourself if you feel comfortable doing so and you follow the directions. Good luck.

Where is a/c relay fuse located on 2003 toyota corolla

Open the car hood. There is a black box with a snap-on cover to the right of your battery. Once you remove the top cover, look inside the top and it wiil show you which relay is your A/C relay. I believe it is a white colored relay located back right in the relay block or holder.

Not cooling as before

If you are talking about the AC, then I suggest cleaning or replacing the cabin air filter located behind the glove box. See your owners manual for details. If problem persists replace the AC clutch relay ( rockauto.com $11), located in the under hood fuse box towards the front of the fuse box.

Water leak on the passenger rug

I provided the solution to the link that you provided.
The condensate pipe is your issue, I am sure. Let me know how it turns out; plugged, etc. If it IS plugged, expect a quart of water to come out of the black box.

Toyota has a tech service bulletin on this issue But this is how the system works the car electrical system applies 12 volts to solenoid and the computer supplies the ground to operate the shift solenoid. once the command has been sent and the computer see no change in the input speed verses output speed it sets the po770 several things can cause this problem from bad torque converter to sticky valve body control valves and wiring issues. This can be diagnosed with a enhanced scanner without taking anything apart.
