Why am I getting a small amount of water on a regular basis near the radiator when the car is running:

1. Check for loosed hoses/clamps/leaks? 2. IF your hoses are secured with stock easy access clamps...switch them to worm clamps. 3. IT may be the reservoir leaking. 4. Is the color water/liquid identical with your coolant color? 5. Check the hood weather strip, it may seap water from the front of the hood.

Half my dashboard is not working

Center console or drivers. It\'s most like driver and you simply have a burned out light. However replacing it is a pain in most cars. You usually can not just reach behind like with tail lights but have to remove the whole lower panel. It least it not a Prizm. To change it bulbs you have to remove the glove box console, then the drivers side console just to remove the center console. I gave up and used heavy duty Velcro to hold a cigarette lighter powered LED light above the radio to light up the center console. You might try something similar for you dashboard. Also, just make sure they are not turned down since their brightness is adjustable.

How do I fix 03 avalon shifter that alows key to exit in drive when turned off

Get the ignition switch replaced with a new one, sounds like somebody tried to steel the car at some point and broke the safety lock that keeps the key in.

Why wont my drivers side door unlock with the key?

If it works from the inside but not with the key, it could be a broken link between the lock cylinder and the door latch.

Only my brights work

The 2003 Toyota Avalon has a high beam bulb and a low beam bulb, so it is possible the low beam bulbs have burned out. Your low beams are bulb# 9006 Type A. You can see a diagram on how to change them here: http://www.toyota.com/t3Portal/document/om/OM41401U/pdf/7-3.pdf Another possibility is the fuses are blown. Each bulb has it's own fuse and you can see the fuse locations here: http://www.toyota.com/t3Portal/document/om/OM41401U/pdf/8.pdf These are your 2 most likely and easy-to-fix solutions, so hopefully your problem will be resolved by one of these. Good luck!
