Cannot get the 120amp Alt fuse out of the fuse block
You need to remove all of the bolts that holds the fuseboc onto the inner fender. The fusebox seperates into two pieces. The outer shell drops away from the center by depressing and releasing the lock tabs. After the outer shell is lowered, the bolts for the 120 amp fuse are visible.
Do i have to drop the fuel tank to gain access to the fuel pump
Yes
Disconnect the battery lift the truck and disconnect all the hoses from the thank,support the tank and lose the two strap holding the tank, lower just a bit and disconnect the electrical connector from the pump, lower the tank all the way. Before open the fuel pump locking ring,blow with compress air around the dirt. don't let any dirt fail in the tank.

Radio will not come on. Which wires supply power to Toyota Highlander Radio ( Not the speakers.) and what color are they?
fuses need to be tested, if the LOOK good, they can be bad

Have the history codes read. This will give you an idea where the problem is. Anytime the light comes on, it is stored in the ECM. If the light goes off, then it is stored in the history codes..
