check your battery cables and make sure they are clean and tight. Follow the positive (red) cable down to the starter and make sure its tight.

Could be the ignition wires, they can rub on the underside of the hood, and cause that. Could be low fuel pressure, pumps do go bad. Could be clogged fuel filter, etc.

Bad spark plug's would cause a engine misfire , which would cause the check engine light to come on steady or flashing . When flashing means it could be causing your catalytic converter damage. No I would suspect a sensor is going bad . crank , cam , mass air flow or maybe a main EFI relay . With out test it wouldn't be a good idea to just start replacing parts. That would get expensive , your best bet would be to take your vehicle to a qualified repair shop .
