My 2002 Camry (4 cylinder)
Hi
Did the dealer check the crakshaft sensor? it sounds like the timing is shifting causing the misfire.
the heat can cause intermitent faults maybe not long enough for the computer to register the fault with a code.
And as a possiblity the coil pack may be arking out somewhere, has this ever got wet? or cold recently?

Open the tailgate. There are two bolts on the right side, of your left tail light. Should be a 10mm socket or a philips screwdriver can also be used to remove them. The light is clipped in still to the body. You have to push the light to the left while keeping the light square to the body and it will pop out. Its important to push the light to the left not pull. Of course reverse for the passenger / right side.
I have a 2002 4runner
You need to have it scanned to find out why the Check engine light is on. Autozone will do this for free. As for the other two lights, don't worry about them. They are just on because of the check engine light. They will go off when the engine code is cleared.
