Turning the key mechanically unlocks this. I never heard of this and would have to fix it at all cost. If this were to happen while driving....you see what I mean? Woh

Check your air filter. If your air filter is the inline type, and gets too dirty restricting air flow to the manifold, this will cause loss of power as you described. I hope this was helpful.

If they all look the same then a wiring diagram wouldn't help much. May I suggest that you get a 12 volt test probe/light and find out which of the 3 white or green are Positive and which are negative. Once you know that, if these are the only wires going to the tail light, one each should go to the brake light, parking/driving lights, and reverse light. Now you can simply trace the wires to the individual bulbs to know how to connect them. Additionally, wires usually follow a path and even when broken/chewed apart, you can sometimes identify which wire goes to the other by the positioning.

Have you took your fob in to be tested. They can test it at automotive places , usually free. It will tell if it has power or not then possibly replace the battery. Or may need a new fob all together. Might have to order one from a Toyota dealer.

I bought a refoam kit from Midwest Speaker Repair - found them on eBay. Cost $23.50, including shipping. Had it in two days. Very easy prep and installation. I think the subwoofer sounds better than new, but I could be wrong. Best way to go. Worth every penny.

P0300 = Random/multiple cylinder(s) - misfire detected. P0302 = Cylinder 2 - misfire detected. P0304 = Cylinder 4 - misfire detected. P0306 = Cylinder 6 - misfire detected. A misfire can be caused by a few things. The most common causes are usually spark supply or fuel supply. Get BOTH of these checked. All the misfires are on the same side of the engine so I would suspect a fuel rail or an injector issue on that side of the engine.

You have a rear light module itself that went bad its is located in the trunk on the left side behind the side carpet.

There are no relays in this system. The door switches communicate with the drier door ECU. The ECU communicates with the body control module and the BCM toggles + and - to the power door locks.

Open it remotely? Two clicks on the remote. Internally, child safety locks located on the back edge of the doors. With the rocker switch, they should all open.

make sure if noise come from vvt actuator, check the oil quality

If the work was done correctly and the key correctly programmed it would seem the car developed an unrelated fault sometime during the replacement. That isn't impossible but it is a bit unlikely so the chances are greater there is either something wrong with the work or doing the work has created a new fault or the key programming wasn't good. I suggest you revisit the work and double check everything as a first step.
