Hi, it sounds like the clutch is dragging (not disengaging fully) first, check for air in the system, will need to open the bleed nipple on the slave cylinder, watch for any air, but do not let the fluid level in the reservoir go down to far, if no air, check that the fluid in the hydraulics is the correct type, check to see if the fluid is clear or slight lemon colour, if it appears black then hydraulic system must be cleaned out and seals checked, and replaced, or master and slave cylinders replaced, next check the adjustment and correct amount of clearance at the pedal and below on the slave cylinder. I take that the clutch is not slipping under power, if it is and clearances are correct the clutch will need to be replaced. Hope this helps, P

Wheel seal (bearing seal) bad. Needs fixing very soon, as without grease wheel bearing goes bad quickly.

Could be the clutch master or slave cylinder, or the clutch disc. The disc is not disengaging from the flywheel.

You will need to go to a specialist auto electrician. Whats wrong probably isnt that much, but it will take some skill to find. Sounds like an earthing issue or some bad wiring from another installation like add on alarm/central locking/audio.

Hi sounds as if a electrical connection is not secure, at the fuse box check that the fuse is not faulty and cable terminals are firm. Check that the voltage reducer is ok and all connections are firm at the fuel gauge dash unit and at the tank unit, at the tank unit be careful, check for fuel leaks before testing the electrical system do not cause any sparks, if you are unsure go to an auto electrician as they will have the gear to test the units. Hope this helps, P

sounds like a front seal. it is 13 years old and they do go bad. take a search on youtube or buy a repair manual on eBay and decide if you want to take on the job. if not you will have to pay someone to replace it as it will not just go away. it is a toyota so should be good for a quarter million miles assuming all the owners have taken good care of it. if you are past that mileage you may want to consider a rebuilt engine swap instead of replacing one seal.

It is a common problem in the Toyota Corollas build on late 90's. My car.had the same problem and I bought the window switch control unit attached in the driver's side door. That took care of the whole situation and after a year i haven't had no problems with it. I bought mine on Internet. They sale two versions I bought the ship one first and last only one month and broke down. Spend a couple dollars more and buy the good version. It is very easy to install..
