Hi there,
This commonly occurs when either the Shift Linkage is faulty (or simiply needs adjustment), Shifter Fork is loose, or there is excessive movement of the Input Shaft.
Adjusting the shift linkage would be your first task. If this doesn't correct the problem, then you will need to investigate the other 2 components as suggested above.
Cheers,

Why is my fuel gauge reading full all the time?
Hello and welcome to FixYa!
The fuel float can be stuck at full position that's why it indicates full all of the time. I strongly suggest that the fuel float be replaced. It is located at the top of the fuel tank. You may need to pull down the fuel tank to gain access to the float.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!
Heating coil leaking film on
what you describe is a leaking heater core, which will leak fluid into the passenger side floorboard, the "sweet smell is antifreeze,if you have in the radiator at this time.if you have the defroster on,the windsheild will fog with a sticky substance, left over steam from the cooling system leaking into the cars interior. the only way to repair this issue is to have your heater core replaced. it's a job! under the dash, behind the glove box, and the external hoses to the heater core are under the hood at the passengers side, just under the windsheild, but what we call the firewall. you will see 2 black hoses protruding through the {firewall,or dash from outside) those hoses will need to be removed,as well, as along with 35 screws under the dash to replace the bad heater core. suggest you call around for prices.the heater core itself ranges in price from 35.00 to 65.00 but the labor is the bang! research local garages for prices, but you have until cold weather to replace it,only because the heater core supplys heat to the inside of your vehicle. good luck, and i really mean research now, because most garages are not dealing with such issues now,due to warm weather.thank you for choosing fixya.com!
Where is the EFI relay
It is behind the lower kick panel, drivers side. It is kind of hard to spot, but it is there. It is near a meal tube.

that's odd. if in fact ALL of the hydraulics have been replaced, I'd say it would have to be air in the line somewhere,.try draining and replacing the fluid? Otherwise I had a similar problem on my Subaru, it was a part which assists the hydraulics mounted on the firewall...

Why does the inside crankshaft
It sounds as if the harmonic balancer may be starting to come apart. Best get in there and see. could also be a bent pulley, or the bolts that hold the pulleys to the balancer could be loose or missing. Either way, don't put off getting this repaired, as if it comes loose completely, there will be damage, and if you're standing there looking at it, mabe damage to you!

This noise could be anything ,could be serious or just a bit of oil needed on the pinion ,doubt if you will hear the timing chain on cranking though but i could be wrong but?? anyway i do feel the best thing here is to ask a local mechanic to have a listen and give a verdict then reply to this post and will give you a confirmation of agreement or whatever i think. You havent stated if this vehicle is a manual or automatic as the noises will be different as to specific faults like a flex plate on the torque converter if a auto to a clutch bearing on a manual .
Hi, my toyota has started skipping on # 2
Hello you will need to have the check engine light checked with a OBD2 engine scan to retrieve the engines fault that causes this missing and do the necessary repairs.assuming and guessing it could be one of ten switches my guess is good as yours. Most garages usual charge $25.00 up to $75.00 for this scan this is the best most efficient way and most inexpensive.
