Toyota avalon po406 what should I change
that code belongs to the EGR valve, most of the time people will replace this part without solving the problem, the gas passages from the valve to the intake are the usual culprits not the valve itself, first check for cracked van hoses in the system (look under the hood there is an sticker with the vacuum diaghram on it ) then take the valve off and clean the passages with carburator cleaner and a small brush , may have to use a wire to clear the passages once they are clean the gases will circulate properly and the code should not comeback however if the electrical part is not working that is different problem and has to be done by someone with experience on automotive electronics.good luck

Hi I need to replace
These can be tricky.. Either one or the other will work: You can try to remove the lens on the front to access the bulb. If this offers no access, you will have to remove whatever is hindering removal from the rear.
Best regards

One way is to pull each fuse one at the time and look at the internal wire until you find the blown fuse. Another way is to use a 12volt old school test light. Notice each fuse has two test ports on top. Get a good ground on the test light and touch each fuses test port with the test light. If one side lights the test light and the other does not that is the bad fuse. If you decide to pull each fuse one at the time be sure you have your radios code if it needs one. Some radios need a code to turn them back on after a loss of power (such as pulling the fuses). Hope this helps FixYa up.

So......was the coolant level low? You say you put some in, but not IF it was low, and how much?I dont think a Avalon has a low coolant sensor? If you dont know what light it is, I cant help you.
