Window won't go up

Watch the dome light as you push the button, if it dims slightly, the motor may be bad, if it does not dim, the switch may be bad, keep fiddling with the switch if the light does not dim. You have to watch it very carefully.

My parking brake is coming on and off. but my

THE LIGHT FOR THE PARKING BRAKE IS SOMETIMES ALSO USED FOR LOW BRAKE FLUID LEVEL OR WORN OUT BRAKE PADS. CHECK THE BRAKE FLUID LEVEL, A FLOAT ACTIVATES A SWITCH WHEN THE LEVEL IS LOW. IF THE LEVEL IS VERY LOW BUT THERE DOES NOT SEEM TO BE A LEAK, CHECK THE CONDITION OF THE BRAKE PADS (FRONT & REAR). WHEN THE BRAKE PADS WEAR OVER TIME, BRAKE FLUID REMAINS IN THE CALIPERS TO COMPENSATE FOR MATERIAL WORN OFF. ALSO A SMALL METAL CONTACT EMBEDED IN THE BRAKE MATERIAL WIRED TO THE PARKING BRAKE LAMP, WILL MAKE CONTACT WITH THE DISC (GROUND) WHEN BRAKE PAD MATERIAL WEARS OFF AND LIGHTS THE LAMP.

Aftermarket stereo wiring harness does not fit oem

Theres a standard amongst most stereos, so if these colors apply, then you will be right,
Red is Ignition power
orange is direct power
Black is earth
blue is for phone
White is for electric arial
then there will be four coloured wires with matching color trace wires, these are the speaker wires.
Hope this gets you going, good luck.

1995 toyota avalon will not start and gear shift

Sounds like a battery problem. The clicking sound is usually the starter solenoid trying to engage the starter but not enough voltage or amps. There has to be enough power or you will not be able to move shifter assuming you pushed the brake pedal down while trying to shift out of park. And, it hasn't been noted whether it is a manual or auto trans.

I changed my car battery and the car audio system

hi, this is a very common problem that people have when they have had work done on their vehicles and had the battery disconnected, the problem is their only one way of solving your problem that is by going to the main dealers their is no other way of doing this as they do this so as people dont steal the radios and then unlock them themselves.

You need to take the car with you as they wont give you the code over the phone in case you have stolen the stereo so taking the car to the main dealers is the only way your going to get this code and get your audio system working again.

Their is no here else you can get the codes from so sorry i cant give you any easy solution to this problem the only way is to take your car to the main dealers you might even need the log book or owners book with you.

Once they give you this code its best you write it down in case you need it in the future or when you come to sell the car at least you can pass this info onto the new owner.

Let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok

Seat does not move backward

Try having someone tap on the drive motor and cable while you sit in the seat and keep a backward pressure on the seat. If this is successful than you've got to lubricate the cable housing with a spray oil.

Back door wont open.

Are you moving the child safety lock or the door lock? Only the door lock itself should prevent the door from being opened from both inside or out. The child lock is typically a switch on the door near the door pin halfway down the door.

Problem changing rear rotors on 95 Toyota Avalon

Just remove the rear rotors, bull the straight off, after removing the caliper bracket. It would be a good idea to spray the small brake shoes with brake cleaner. No need to remove anything other than the rotor.
