What's wrong?
car has worn electric components-some dont work when hot--need to do a diagnostic scan using factory equip to determine--bout 100$ at a private shop only--dont go to busy places-find a honest mechanic and ask if he has the xperienc reading the results--u dont wanna just replace parts and gamble
No power to the heater controls
Well i would check the fuse if you didn't disconnect the battery while you replaced the blower motor. if that's ok make sure you connected the blower motor correctly. If all else fails it is possible you may have damaged the wiring or connectors
Where are all fuse bioxes on a 1991 toyota camruuy
i am driving a 1991 toyota one on the left wall next to steering wheel almost on the floor one on the right side reach under the glove box half way to the fire wall just pull the cover down it will snap right out and easy to put back and under the hood on the drivers side that is where the fuse links are located left side is everything but the blower motor that is under the glove box

Try disconnecting your alternator if all lights go out there is your problem replace it, good luck.

did you check your distribuitor turns (remove dist cap) is your engine spining tto fast? your T-belt may snaped,
Loose distributor cap
The spark plug leads, check carefully for any cracks in the sheathing or end boots,and for tight connection and no corrosion of the inner metal terminals.. Then you need an ohm meter to measure resistance which should be max 25 kilo ohms per cord. If they are not less than say 10 years old, replace the whole set anyway, they are not expensive for a name brand set, about $50-$90

What are the steps to
Take the screws out of distributer cap, mark exactly where the rotor is pointing with paint pen on distributer cap and distributer. Loosen bolts holding down distributer. Lift out distributer after you unplug electrical wires. Place new distributer in place making sure rotor is pointing to exact same place where the old one pointed. Replace distributer cap and electrical wires and your done, try to start the car.If car starts your ok.If it doesnt start andd backfires it means rotor is in wrong place,take back out and restab it.good luck

Sounds like the ECM has blown with an 80Amp fuse blown i would not doubt it fried the ECM have it tested and get back to me if i can help further. Dont be surprised that this is all that is bad you had a major fuse blow so many things could be gone.Check all that can be checked at autozone and such so it can be tested free then get back to me if i can help further remember to rate my solution as this is how i earn achievements here on FixYa thanks.

when you said it turns over is the turning braking compression, rotates fast like having no compression?
If is fast no compression check snapped timing belt,if it is rotating like having compression,then check if you do have fuel,or spark.
