How to replace ignition tumbler and keys

The cylinder has to put in the crank position and then there is a button to depress to release the cylinder. Then you can replace the tumblers and springs and locking plate. Usually the dealer won't stock or sell you the tumblers. Ask the how much then call a locksmith and ask him how much. If you have never done this before you have to be VERY careful or you will never get it back together.

2004 avalon window lock switch not opening the 3 pasasenger windows

Is the light on that shows that the window lock is engaged ? How long has it been since the last time you open the other windows? If it has been awhile and the light is not on at the switch, they maybe stuck on the rubber. Smack them one at a time checking each one as you go, don't hit them to hard , they are hard to break. Maybe with the side of your fist around the edge. If you need further help, I’m available over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/edward_020b3320326d263d

Where is the oil filter

As you are standing in front of the car with hood open, the oil filter is located directly under the left side of the exhaust manifold and to the right of the alternator. The filter angles upward, so have a drip pan directly under the filter location when you remove and replace with new. Another tip: The filter removal device that works the best is the type that attach to the end of the filter and you turn with a ratchet wrench. You will need a short extension for the ratchet wrench. Longer one will not clear the radiator fan when trying to remove. Wrap around filter wrenches do not allow enough room to clamp on and turn the filter loose. In some cases, you can hand remove them. This is much easier with the Fram design filter that has the rubber in the bottom of the filter housing; easier to grip and turn.
