Fix --you mean replace a part AFTER you test that part & the system it functions in !!! My guess would be something other than the button you push,maybe the trunk latch solenoid ALL vehicle issues have to be first learned,then tested, to just find a problem

Hi Mat, Have you checked the window motors? Check to see if power is getting to the switching control bank and then that there is a power output. The window motors can be checked with a 12 volt battery and two cables. During testing make sure to look after your fingers. Regards John

There is not much these days to tuning up a modern car. A lot of things are not adjustable anymore. You should not mess with the idle speed, engine timing, and emissions gear unless there is a problem indicated by the engine check light, or it does not pass the annual check for rod use. It boils down to changing the spark plugs, oil, coolant, etc at regular intervals.

Who did the work on the car? I would say things were replaced with no understanding of what was taking place, & nothing was tested to resolve the issue

I would want to check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge or replace the switch next to verify the issue. It could be something electrical or the engine really could have low oil pressure.

Canada. seems (old post) the old previous owner , hacked it.or its bad. if car is in canada, the DRL module must work. if not fix it. see if its hacked first. (see cut wires to it?) ive seen ever hack possible to these. lots. check fuses first. check for hacks replace the module. or diagnose it with a voltmeter, easy see alldata.com most support the canada. versions. under the headlight sections. post this for others with DRL issues, few here. so...

The amp should have it's own inline fuse but if there is no sound it could also mean the radio has died or antenna is disconnected. Any stereo installation shop can find the problem without too much cost.
