You don't bypass the switch, you replace the switch or can be dangerous. and the switch send signal to computer to know the gear you select. replacing the switch is easy, just remove the screw holding the linkage and unplug the wire. the new switch have a mark to align on N neutral on you shifter, tight thw two screw and drive safe Good luck

check to see how you replace the bulb. It it comes out from the rear then the lens and the light body will be one piece. If it comes out the front then there will be screws holding the lens in place.

fluid could be low still. When it puts on pressure, there isn't enough fluid for the higher pressure it build it up too. So, check your fluid level after a turn on/off.

U have to erase the the fault code. And see if it come on back .or when the exhaust. Fall it can damage the oxygen sensor . Just suggesting.

Use scanner to read the code and fix the problem before turn off the light.Mai

im having the same problem. some of witch was my trans. well put new trans in last night and its still there. im hoping for ujoints but its kinda looking like rod bearing. if any one has fixed this problem i would love to know

That sounds like fuel pressure problems to me. I would try replacing the fuel filter first. If this does not work, you most likely need a fuel pump.

This vehicle is equipped with speed sensors instead of a cable. If your speed sensor is faulty it will cause the speedometer to malfunction, and the "check engine indicator" to light up. I would still recommend having the vehicle's computer scanned for the error code stored, signaling the check engine light.

Sounds like a blower motor... Does it work with the heat on?

Hello. A bad or dirty fuel filter could cause some of this. BUT i believe it could be a 02 sensor,next step, would be having injectors cleaned. Please let me know if this helped.

you can buy a 30 dollar code reader at a parts store, or you can take it to a parts store such as advance or autozone and they will put theirs on your car for free. then you will have the codes.
note the guys working there were selling pizza last week and delivering papers a week before that.
some experience as a mechanic is helpful once you know the codes.

Unless the damage extends further into the wiring harness, you probably found the cause of the problem. I'm not sure everything will work right when you put the fuse in. Good luck.

the debris from the bottom off the tank may have clogged the fuel filter and or the injectors. theres no fuel getting into the engine, change fuel filter, thats about $25.00. if problems persists try an injector cleaner.

Do you have spark to the plugs?

The T100 made for sale in the United States ( not other countries). is in the right front kick panel as the passenger sits in their seat at thier right foot up abovr the tip of thier shoe or in the panel where the door hinge is it has 4 electrical connectors plugged into it. It could be in other places if the vehical was built for othe r than US market.
