The starter keeps runing when I turn off the ignition switch

You have one of 3 issues that could cause this, a bad starter solenoid which is built onto the starter for your model. The ignition switch is defective, could be a bad spring that is in the switch or you have a remote starter which may have issues !

My stater turns on without turnning the ignition switch

you should replace the ignition switch. I had that problem with one of my vehicles. replaced the switch and lock and it worked just fine after that. Have them check the starter though because having it keep running like that can do damage to the starter itself

Battery dains when not running

The battery current draw may be caused by a few things, here are some to check: the most common is that a light stays on like the dome light, the brake l;ights may be staying on,aftermarket accessories can cause it as well, audio amplifiers or stereo equipment or aftermarket alarm systems, very common.

Can not remove rear rotor

tes it should but these rotors have screws holding them to the hub, make sure the screws are out, sometimes they are already removed, these are not needed, they are used to hold rotor in place at factory. make sure there are no screws holding it to hub, these screws would be screwed in from the front of the rotor next to studs, if thet are removed then you will need to beat them off with a hammer, heat around the center hole then beat them to break them loose. spin the rotor and hit spin and hit, they should break free.
