1993 is not a OBD2 car mostly. in any country.
that means it's
OBD1 so mfg, puts the DLC where ever it wanted
and did. (huge variances)

real OBD2 connector (USA cars) is just to right of steering
column,at dash edges, TOY cALLS this DLC3 (96 camry)
all scan tools with J1850 Bus work here. (older to newer)
