you can get a OBD2 code reader to check where is the problem that cause the ABS light is on.

Replace the starter motor.

Check the tightness of the battery terminals, and the engine negative ground strap at both ends.If that is OK, with a Camry of this age it is probably the starter solenoid contacts wearing out. The first sign is intermittent contact. They are large copper or bronze contacts at the bottom of the solenoid.

Yes there is a lamp sensor that is between the brake light switch and the rear lamps. If you have a center light it is connected directly to the brake switch and bypasses the sensor.I would check for voltage in and out of the brake switch - if you have voltage out you may have a problem with that sensor.

If my memory serves me right, your plugs go down through the valve cover. There is a gasket around the spark plug holes that needs to be replaced.That is where your oil is coming from. Replace the outer gasket around the edge of the cover while you are at it. Hope this helps.

if it's only the one window it probably is not the fuse for the windows. It could be a bad window switch, if you are like me and smoke and keep your window down slightly and its raining the switch could have got damaged from moisture, That's if the switch is located on the door or is your's in the center between the 2 front seats. it sounds like the switch hope this helps.

Its not designed to drain.You are probably getting water into the trunk from the trunk lid gasket or one of the tail lights.
