STARTER MOTOR ENGAGING ALL THE TIME
I would suspect the ignition switch. Power has to be getting to the starter solenoid to activate it. See if you can disconnect the power going into the switch, If the problem stops,.... solved. If problem persists, look for loose wire that could be shorting at the solenoid.
No tail lights, backups or High Beams
Mr.Edward your problem looks like you do have a problem with a fuse or relay for the lights. The fuse box mostly is under the hood ( engine compartment) somewhere on the left side.
Timing belt diagram 07 yaris
Your vehicle does not have timing belt but timing chain. Jack Your engine is a VVTi engine and has a timing chain.
Malfunction Indicator Lamp
Take your car to your local autoparts store and have them pull the codes - this is free at most stores. Post the codes when you're done. This can be caused by anything - even as simple as not tightening your gas cap (you should hear the clicks - it doesn't damage the cap).

Auto zone or Advance auto parts has what you need...........Ask for a Haynes repair manual for that vehicle.......................Or find the manual and order it on line....These are good manuals that
cover the complete auto or truck repair........I have a few of them..............Hope this helps
