I would check your DRL relay circuit. check your fuses (ecu-b & ecu-ig) are for daytime running lights. then you'll have to do a bunch of voltages checks to make sure its not the harness or a connector which I can get for you. and if everything checks out only thing left is the relay assembly..

The hit may have closed a body drain. If it did this then you would have rain water collecting until it spills over. Look in that area for a plugged or crushed drain hole. That may help. Otherwise you may have to take it to a body shop to have the dent pulled.

The ECM memory should have been rest due to which the calibration of the accelerator pedal has been erased. Use a scanning tool and calibrate deceleration sensor. You can do the calibration by clicking Engine and ECT > > special function > > and then click "decleration 0 point calibration" while you do that make sure that your car IGN switch is "ON" and your gear shift is on "P"
