Thankyou folks for the great answer, i did a OBD scan and based on the code i came to this site, with a $5 fuse i was able to get my life back. the dealership quoited me $150 for diagnostics and parts additional.

I don't believe there is a fuse for the OBD connector. The connector is powered through the ignition switch.

Buy a Haynes Workshop Manual for Camry 2007-2011 PN 92009 through Haynes website or go to Halford. The manual shall help.

They are in the engine valve cover, each plug has its own ignition coil on the top of it, no plug wires, you must unbolt the 4 coils and remove them from the top of the spark plugs and see them aside, then use a 5/8" deep spark plug socket to remove them. Below is a picture of one of the 4 ignition coils.

A flated battery would not affect the central lock. Mostly it is due to the improper fitting. The door locks are operated by a solenoid in each door. First check the fuse of the central lock. The fuse boxes are in engine compartment and inside the car under the steering wheel panel beside. In most cases, it is the fuse stall the car. 56 is something to do with Trac control/ abs. Possibly no signal from a pressure sensor.

you have but the 4 cylinder should have a chain and the 6 cylinder should have a belt.

Replace the door lock or realign the latch on the door pillars.
