Wipers come on by themselves, cannot turn off, only by pulling fuse or positioning arm in between settings

I would suspect a short in the wiper switch or motor to be the cause. You can try tapping on the motor with the wipers running using a hammer to see if they will shut off. If so, wiper motor replacement will be required. You can also unplug the wiring harness from the switch. If they shut off, you will eliminate any shorts in the wiring from the switch to the motor. The switch would be the next item to change/test

My windshield wipers come on by themselves at random times,cannot turn them off.

Replace wiper relay and while you have the relay center open check for signs of moisture. Clean area with electric contact cleaner if corrosion not to bad.

Crankshaft position sensor is usually located in the front underneath part of engine.

most auto part store have dynastic hand held computer decoder machine that will test you car for nothing, you just have ask counter person, they just want to help you and not sell you things you do not need. you may ask the part guy if he has any information about the issue you are having problems with. another idea the local library, see if the have a manual, look in the troubleshooting section, go online, a good friend, other sites may have post information. www.youtube.com www.ask.com www.info.com www.about.com www.wiki.org thank you rod

RF power window not working properly on 2001 toyota highlander

There should be a relay. Probably located in the PDU box under the hood. If not the motor might be going bad.

2005 Highlander Rear Power Window off track

you may need service. generally, if a window pops off it's track, it's more than some DIYers can handle. if you manage to get the window in the "up" position, and the higlander uses a tailgate-style access to the rear, you lose that access. toyota windows are notorious for popping off their tracks.

2006 Highlander - Check engine light and VSC light on. What does this mean?

Many possibles, but first check gas cap for torn gasket or just being loose. The VSC light is related to emissions issue and can be leaking vac hose, bad purge valve and other such.
