The instrument panels on newer cars are really computer modules, the displays are computer generated, so when this type of problem occurs you must remove the cluster display and have it rebuilt. Check online for repair facilities, they will provide instructions on removal of the panel from the car and a shipping container to send it in for repair, cost about $250.00 USD

I experienced the same after a car detail (inside and outside) exercise. I checked this and another forum. In my case the issue was that the Dimmer dial (to the left of the dashboard panel) had been turned OFF and it was depending on the auto-lights. Whenever I moved from Parking to R or D gears, the dashboards would go off. After I set the Dimmer back to some setting (Full), the dashboard lights stayed ON as before. I did not have to play around with any fuses. Looks like the dial was turned to off position during the inside cleaning.

I would check them electrically, not by looking, that way you can see if they are getting power in and out. Then at the bulb, see if you are getting power AND ground. Ground wires are White/Black

Try the temperature sending unit.

If you do not understand what your looking at Then you will have to get an opinion at a dealer or local shop I see the leak,but don't see how far up it comes from or have any idea about that motor In person- I could help you or suggest something

use silicone to rebuild it
or
go to auto salvage yard & buy a used one

if you have these then the starter has an open in it and is bad.
