The volume control knob does not turn the sound up or down, any ideas please

You will need to remove the radio and send it out for repair, there is nothing you can do as an owner to repair this, the parts and repair manuals area only available to approved repair centers,

Why does my 2000 toyota celica smell like unburnt fuel?

You may have a damaged fuel line or a loose connection. I had a similar problem with my car, but it was the vapor canisters that had come loose. You might want to check that too.

A/C unit no longer cooling. Showing pressure at 100 psi.

did you use a manifold gauge, HI and LO side, if your compresor is not engaging probably due to a low charge, because your gages must read about 15F below ambient temperature that translate to on a 80f day uyour gage must read about 95psi on hi and lo (no compresor running)with compressor runing your lo side must be around 35psi and your hi side around 200+ psi depending on amount of air cooling your conderser, also note charging amout tag to not overcharge system, on other hand your problem may be a electricall, check your fuses and MG/C cluth relay by pass it to confirm your compresor is in good working condition.

My toyota celica .... everytime i start it up it stalls sometimes i can get it in reverse and then drive and it seems like it is gong to stall again but doesnt or i will make it down the road and it w

It certainly sounds like a fuel delivery problem. You didn't say if you changed the in line filter. If it is partially plugged, it won't allow enough gas to reach the engine. After or before changing that, you would want a fuel pressure test, to see if the proper fuel pressure was available at the injectors for them to work. Proper fuel pressure is dependent not only on the pump, but also on the fuel pressure regulator-which would be checked when a pressure test is done.
