How do you fix a code#P0125 on a 1998 toyota 4 runner?insufficient coolent temp. for closed loop control?

first check radiator level if it is full and the heater is working good make sure temp gauge is functioning c orrectly it is most likely the coolant temp sensor but if this is a high milage vehicle and you have owned long time and never changed i would also replace thermostat and check plug to temp sensor forr good conections and good wires

WINDSHIELD FOGGING UP INSIDE WHEN ITS SUMMER TIME

HI,
I think you are experiencing normal condensation,
try putting the heat and AC control to the position that blows a small amount of conditioned air up through the defrosters. This dries the windshield.
Good Luck !!!!!!!!!!!!

Please make no guesses, just run a complete scan on the car, because if u want to keep taking off parts n replacing them u might end up spending more than you should. From what u said it could be an ignition problem, fuel related, crank sensor, cam sensor,.... Please run a complete scan on the car.
